Semi tractor trailer catches fire on the Borman, closing portions of both eastbound and westbound Borman momentarily

A semi tractor trailer on the Borman Expressway caught fire and caused traffic to be backed up, and closing the eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic. Indiana State Police said the fire occurred shortly before 1 p.m. Minutes later the eastbound section of Interstate 80/94 was opened, and at 1:22 p.m. westbound I-80/94 was open to traffic. State Police said no one was injured in the incident but there was some property damage. They said more information would be available later in the day.
