No injuries were reported, as the people involved in the crash refused medical treatment, SkyTeam 11 Capt. Roy Taylor reported. All lanes were closed for a short time and traffic was backed up as crews worked to clear the scene, Taylor reported. Northbound I-95 was also backed up to the Ft. McHenry Tunnel due to rubbernecking, Taylor reported. The Maryland Department of the Environment was also at the scene due to a fuel leak. The tractor-trailer was carrying bags of concrete, which took some time to clean up, officials said.
