Just north of State Route 101 and blocked all four lanes lanes. The State Patrol said it appears the driver was going too fast and couldn’t make the curve in the ramp. No one was hurt in the crash. All four lanes of I-5 we closed for more than three hours while the State Patrol investigated and crews cleared the scene and cleaned up a fuel spill. Traffic was slowing getting by on the shoulder. All lanes were reopened just after 11:30 p.m.
